These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bongoplus ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bongoplus website located at bongoplus.org and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By completing the bongoplus registration process, logging into an existing bongoplus account, or otherwise accessing any part of the bongoplus platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform.

bongoplus reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bongoplus will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bongoplus following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the bongoplus platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

bongoplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bongoplus may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) bongoplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your bongoplus account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. bongoplus is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bongoplus account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your bongoplus login credentials with any third party.
• Never allow any other person to access or use your bongoplus account.
• Immediately notify bongoplus support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password for your bongoplus account and enable two-factor authentication where available.

bongoplus will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from bongoplus that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

bongoplus reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where bongoplus reasonably suspects that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that may harm the integrity of the platform or other players.

All financial transactions on the bongoplus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). bongoplus does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• GCash (minimum deposit: ₱100)
• PayMaya / Maya (minimum deposit: ₱100)
• BPI Online Banking (minimum deposit: ₱200)
• BDO Online Banking (minimum deposit: ₱200)
• Metrobank Online Banking (minimum deposit: ₱200)

Deposits are credited to your bongoplus account wallet in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation, depending on the payment method used. bongoplus does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified bongoplus account identity.
• Before processing any withdrawal, bongoplus may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 banking days.
• bongoplus reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or compliance reviews.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players via their account dashboard.

bongoplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification on bongoplus.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• bongoplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method deemed abusive by bongoplus — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

bongoplus's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or withheld should contact bongoplus support via live chat within 7 days of the relevant transaction.

All games available on the bongoplus platform — including live dealer games, slots, sports betting markets, and bingo rooms — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

bongoplus uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to independent monitoring to ensure integrity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bongoplus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one bongoplus account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the bongoplus platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the bongoplus platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the bongoplus platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed by bongoplus.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events offered on bongoplus.
• Accessing the bongoplus platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your bongoplus account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bongoplus platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bongoplus content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bongoplus content.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
